We are dedicated to protecting your privacy in full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020, and ethical regulations of the National Medical Commission (NMC).

1Categories of Personal & Health Data We Collect

Identity & Demographics

Full name, mobile number, email address, age, gender, delivery address, and family member details added by you.

Clinical & Medical Data

Uploaded prescriptions, clinical notes, physician consultation logs, blood sugar & pain logs, and health assessment responses.

Diagnostic & Booking History

Lab test bookings, diagnostic scan schedules, medicine fulfilment preferences, and service booking requests.

Technical Identifiers

Secure session tokens, WhatsApp communication timestamps, and platform audit trail logs for clinical accountability.

2Purpose of Processing & Lawful Basis

We process personal and health data only on the lawful basis of your explicit, informed consent for the specified purpose of clinical healthcare delivery:

  • Scheduling and performing laboratory sample collection and radiology/diagnostic scans in Kurnool.
  • Facilitating clinical reviews and consultations with registered medical practitioners (NMC/APMC registered doctors).
  • Reviewing and fulfilling patient prescriptions through licensed pharmacy partners.
  • Transmitting order updates and appointment confirmations via authorized WhatsApp Business communication.
  • We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3Your Rights as a Data Principal (DPDP Act 2023)

Right to Access & SummaryYou may request a summary of the personal data processed, identities of medical practitioners with whom it was shared, and relevant processing details.
Right to Correction and ErasureYou can update your personal information or request full erasure of your account, health logs, reminders, and uploaded prescriptions directly inside the app under Profile > Data & Privacy > Delete Account & Clear Data.
Right of Grievance RedressalYou have the right to register a grievance with our Data Protection Officer regarding data handling, with guaranteed turnaround within 7 business days.

4Statutory Medical Records Retention

Pursuant to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 and clinical governance standards established by the National Medical Commission (NMC), registered physicians are legally obligated to retain records of consultations, prescriptions, and diagnostic reports for a minimum statutory duration (3 to 7 years). When an erasure request is executed, all directly identifiable profile credentials, reminders, and prescription storage files are deleted immediately; historical order and ledger entries are permanently decoupled and anonymized.
